I know it’s not always easy to show up, especially when dealing with depression, anxiety, body image struggles, or big transitions. It can feel like you’re stuck in a cycle, unsure of how to move forward. That’s where I come in: I’m here to meet you where you are, and together, we’ll work through those challenges, but always with an eye toward solutions, progress, and growth.

For me, therapy isn’t just about talking about the problems—it’s about discovering practical, creative ways to make real change. I aim to give you tools you can use right away, as well as long-term strategies to make lasting changes.

I’m here to truly understand and connect with you. Your experiences, your identity, your culture—it’s all a part of the puzzle that makes you who you are. I aim to create a space where we can work through the heavy stuff and celebrate the wins, no matter how small they seem.
