I can help you find self-acceptance, increase your self-esteem, and learn to live your life with bravery and self-kindness. My passion is working with people to help them accept who they are and live life in an authentic way that is balanced. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, this can be through helping you improve your relationships with friends and family. I also have a passion for helping you with your relationship with yourself. Together, we can help you find a balance of accepting yourself, while building and enhancing your relationships with those around you.

Whether you’re dealing with a problem sex and intimacy, substance abuse and addictions, or coping with grief and loss, I can help. I’ll help you identify what you’re wanting in your life, and get more of this in a way that works.

I have a genuine passion for helping people with relationship issues.

I became a Marriage and Family therapist, because one of my true passions lies in helping people who are struggling with their relationships. Whether it’s rediscovering passion in their lives, or unraveling difficult situations, I can help with this. I offer an openness to people who are dealing with various relationship issues. I also help people who are straight and gay, as well as people who are in non-traditional relationship styles.

Do you want a therapist who you know will be LGBT affirming?

For those who are part of the LGBT community, I have a specialization in working with you. Whether you are looking for an individual therapist who simply understands issues that those who are part of the lesbian and gay community contend with, or you are in a relationship, and you want a therapist to help, I can help. I understand the difficulties that can influence your relationship and life. Together, we can help you accept this part of who you, while understanding how it can impact your mood and relationships.

I also have experience working with the bisexual community. This can often be a forgotten or invisible part of the LGBT community, who can get lost in a place of suspicion from other members in the community. It’s important to know that you won’t have to educate me about your life, or work to find acceptance with me.

If you’re part of the transgender community, I specialize in helping you as well. Whether you’re questioning this part of who you are, or you’re in need of guidance and support through your transition, I can help. Regardless of whether you’re looking for someone to help you with your relationship with yourself or others in your life, I can help.

Are you living with an addiction that is negatively impacting your life and relationships?

As a therapist who has specialized training in sexual addiction therapy and experience working with substance abuse issues, I can help clients who are dealing with addictions. I understand the toll that addictive behaviors can take. I will offer you a space where you can open up about the struggles with your behavior, and create plans to manage this in a way that works. This will help you to rebuild your relationships and reach your goals. Contact me today to see how I can help.

I have specialized training and experience helping men who are dealing with sexual dysfunction.

Whether it’s erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or delayed ejaculation, I can help you and your partner work through these issues. Together, we’ll help you discover sexuality and sexual expression that promotes confidence. We’ll also work through shame associated with past sexual experiences.

I am affirming to open relationship styles.

I recognize that it can be difficult to feel like you can be open with your therapist about more open relationship styles. Whether you’re interested in swinging, polyamory, or a sexually open relationship, I will offer a safe place for you. This can be whether the open relationship is the topic that you want to discuss, or you’re needing an affirming place to discuss other issues in your life. Either way, I’ll offer a space for you to be open and authentic.

I specialize in helping people who are in transitional periods in their lives.

If you’re struggling to live out your passion in your home life or career, I can help. Whether there is a problem with adjusting to the stage of life that you are in, or you’re simply feeling lost, therapy can help. Together, we’ll work to uncover your desire and goals, so that they make more sense to you. We can also work to develop a plan that can make them a reality.
