Under the Supervision of Zach Ramsey

Has a past trauma resurfaced, leaving you feeling scared and vulnerable?

Maybe you’re exhausted from feeling like your relationships, career, and place in the world are a minefield—just because of who you are. If life feels like it’s lost its meaning or that it was never right to begin with, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Sit with me and let’s find your way forward, together.

Trauma Therapy

Have you experienced childhood abuse, sexual violence, or relational wounds that feel permanently etched into your brain and body? Has betrayal been so consistent in life that even trusting a therapist can feel impossible? Maybe you feel like all the failed relationships you’ve had and the mental disorders you struggle with are just a part of who you are.

I’m here to tell you that you are not broken and your life is not defined by the harm you’ve suffered. As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a space to hold your hand as you explore the depths of your pain. Part of our work together is about using proven techniques to rewire the brain, teaching your nervous system that it doesn’t have to stay in fight-or-flight mode forever. I’ve seen how trauma threatens and destroys lives, and I’ve also seen what happens when the threats are lifted and the pain is eased. I truly believe that together we can build a brand-new you that finally has the freedom, relief, and peace that you deserve.

Therapy for Depression and Anxiety

Every problem in life seems to trickle down from anxiety and depression. I know what it’s like to feel the existential dread, that an invisible force is creeping up upon you. Feelings of worthlessness, self-loathing, fear of uncertainty, and feeling powerless to stop it. But these thoughts—this relentless cycle—aren’t an unchangeable part of who you are.

Anxiety and depression don’t come out of nowhere; they grow from patterns of thinking and ways of living that no longer serve you. Together, we will identify these patterns and begin reshaping them. Using cognitive-behavioral strategies, we’ll challenge the inner critic that tells you you’re not enough, reframe the negative thoughts that keep you stuck, and build new habits that align with the life you want. You can train your mind to recognize the distortions that fuel anxiety and depression and replace them with truths that support your growth.

LGBTQ+ Affirmative

When it comes to your sexual orientation and gender identity, you deserve a therapist who truly understands what it means to exist in a world that wasn’t built for you. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals because I see the struggle—the trans person made to feel invisible, the gay person whose relationships suffer under the weight of fear and rejection, and those still searching for where they belong.

You deserve more than just survival. You deserve to be protected from harm, empowered to thrive, and celebrated for exactly who you are.

Affirmative therapy isn’t just about acceptance—it’s about healing from the messages that told you there was something wrong with you in the first place. Together, we will unlearn the shame that was never yours to carry and challenge internalized beliefs that have held you back. Through self-exploration, boundary-setting, and processing past hurt, we will work toward a future where you can step into your identity with confidence and belonging. Here, your voice matters, and together, we’ll make sure it’s heard.

A STRENGTHS-BASED, COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO HEALING

I believe healing happens in relationship—and that includes the one we build in therapy.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. That means we won’t just focus on what’s “wrong.” Instead, we’ll identify the values, strengths, and inner resilience you already carry—perhaps without realizing it—and use them as a guide toward healing.

I integrate evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, helping you build self-acceptance and compassion while gently introducing new ways of thinking and relating. You may be challenged at times, but never judged. My role is to support your growth, at your pace.

THERAPY CAN HELP YOU:

  • Make sense of your past without letting it define your future

  • Build confidence and self-esteem from the inside out

  • Connect with others in deeper, more meaningful ways

  • Develop a stronger sense of identity and purpose

  • Heal from trauma in a safe, guided environment

No matter what you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone.
